$50,000 PRO FOOTBALL CHALLENGE
FREE FOOTBALL CONTEST
September 24, 2024 – January 5, 2025
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
1.The fifty-thousand-dollar ($50,000) Pro Football Challenge is open to the public and will run from September 24, 2024, to January 05, 2025.
2. Selections/game picks for the contest will begin on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at designated Pro Football Challenge kiosks.
3. To be eligible to participate, guests must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older, have a Mesquite Gaming Rewards Card with a PIN (Personal Identification Number), have a valid e-mail address, and a valid photo ID.
a. Rewards Card Membership is free and available at the Players Club at both Virgin River Hotel Casino and CasaBlanca Resort & Casino.
4.The Pro Football Promotion is available for play at both Virgin River Hotel & Casino and CasaBlanca Resort & Casino and will run starting in week three (3) of the regular football season.
5. Participants may sign up and participate at either location each week.
a. Weekly picks, regardless of which property the picks are made at, will still count towards the End-Of-Season contest.
6. Participants are limited to one (1) entry per week, regardless of the property the picks are made at, and entries are non-transferrable.
a. Participants who enter the contest more than once per week will be disqualified and ineligible for any weekly prize payouts.
b. Participants who continually enter more than once per week will be expelled from the entire promotion and could also result in expulsion from any future promotions.
7. All entries and prizes are aggregate for Virgin River Hotel & Casino and CasaBlanca Resort & Casino.
8. Mesquite Gaming employees who are off duty and who are eligible to game at the specific casino are eligible to participate in this promotion.
a. Mesquite Gaming employees involved in the building or running of this promotion and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
9. In the event that the NFL regular season is cancelled, the Pro Football Challenge promotion will be cancelled.
10. Mesquite Gaming, LLC is not responsible for malfunctions of kiosks or programming associated with or utilized in this promotion.
11. Mesquite Gaming, LLC will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these rules. That decision shall be final and binding.
12. Management reserves all rights, including the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time.
HOW TO PLAY
1.Participants can sign up by swiping their player’s card at the Pro Football Challenge kiosk.
2. Once the participant swipes in, they will be at the main screen for making their team selections.
a. Players will have the option of choosing their teams manually, or they may choose the “Quick Pick” option, and their teams will be selected at random.
b. All games must have a chosen winner to complete your weekly picks entry.
3. Once the player has made their picks, they must enter a Tie Breaker score. In the event that two (2) or more participants have made the same picks for that week and won, this Tie Breaker score will determine the winners for the weekly prizes.
a. If two (2) or more players have selected the same tie breaker score, the winner will be determined by the date and time that their selections were made.
4. To complete their weekly transaction at the kiosk, the participants will need to select either “Print Receipt” or “No Receipt”.
a. When using the kiosk, it is the contestant’s sole responsibility to verify selections and print a ticket of the transaction. Tickets cannot be changed or voided.
b. For any reason other than paper jams or paper depletion, no reprints of player selections are available.
5. Weekly selections must be entered at either of the two (2) Pro Football Challenge Kiosks at the property where the participant is registered to play between Tuesday, 8:00 a.m. – Sunday, 10:00 a.m. each week of play.
a. It is the participant’s responsibility to make sure that their picks have been submitted during the eligible entry period each week and that they have been issued a receipt.
b. Participants who do not participate each week will not be eligible for the end-of-season prizes.
6. The Pro Football Challenge contest includes only games of the NFL’s regular season on Sundays and Mondays.
a. As part of the contest, the best pick for each game is the only option in gameplay. Point spreads are not included in weekly selection options.
b. If for any reason, one (1) or more of your selections is not played on Sunday or Monday of that week, it will count as a “No Game”.
c. One (1) designated tie breaker game each week will determine the weekly winners in the event that two (2) or more players have chosen identical winners.
i. The combined score of that game will determine the tie breaker.
7. In the event of a tie game, there will be no winner for that game, and it will not be counted as a winning pick regardless of which team the player selected.
8. The Pro Football Challenge runs from week three (3) through week eighteen (18) of the NFL’s regular season.
a. All participants will be credited for participation for the first three (3) weeks of the regular season and counted towards the end-of-season prize pool.
b. Any subsequent weeks missed by the participants after week three (3) of the contest will not be credited to the player as it is the player’s responsibility to make sure their weekly picks have been completed each week.
HOW TO WIN PRIZES
1.Participants who play in the Pro Football Challenge will be eligible to receive weekly prizes as well as End-Of-Contest prizes. Winners will be responsible for any applicable taxes associated with prizes won as part of the promotion.
2. To be eligible to receive weekly prizes, participants must make “Best Pick” selections for every Sunday and Monday NFL game and enter total points for the designated tie breaker game.
a. Participants who place in the top ten (10) each week will be eligible to receive weekly prizes.
b. Prize amounts are determined by the participants weekly standing in the top ten (10) winners.
3. Weekly contest prizes will be awarded by Wednesday each week.
a. In the event of a tie, the prizes that coincide with the tie game winner placements in the standings will be pooled and divided equally among the tied players only.
b. All other winners in that week’s standing will receive the amount they were eligible for.
c. Prizes will be paid in free slot play only and will be valid for use for thirty (30) days from when it is uploaded to the player’s account.
d. Free Slot Prizes are valid only at the property where the participant entered the contest.
4. Each participant is required to make selections on every game for every week that the Pro Football Challenge contest is offered to be eligible for the End-Of-Contest prizes.
a. Prizes will be paid in free slot play only and will be valid for use for thirty (30) days from when it is uploaded to the player’s account.
b. Free Slot Prizes are valid only at the property where the participant entered the contest.
c. Every participant that finishes below 10th place at End-of-Contest that participated in the entire contest (scheduled for 18 weeks) will receive twenty dollars ($20) in free slot play.
d. Free Slot Prizes are valid only at the property where the participant entered the contest.
5. Official weekly standings will be updated and displayed online weekly at www.casablancaresort.com and virginriver.com on the Casino tab. Player standings will not be given over the telephone.
6. By participating in this promotion, all winners give their consent and permission to Mesquite Gaming, LLC to use their names and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.
7. The weekly promotional prize structure for the most wins will be paid out as follows:

FREE FOOTBALL CONTEST

All entries and prizes are aggregate for CasaBlanca and Virgin River Casino.
Weekly selections must be entered at casino kiosk between Wednesday 10:00 a.m. – Sunday 10:00 a.m. each week of play.
The contest will involve selecting games of the NFL’s regular season Sunday and Monday games, not including point spreads, and one designated tie-breaker game. The tie-breaker game is the combined score of that week’s designated tie-breaker game.
The contest runs from week #1 through week #18 of the 2024 regular season.
If for any reason one of your selections is not played on Sunday or Monday of that week, it will count as no game.
In the event a game ends in a tie, it will count as a win for both sides.
The contest prizes will be awarded by Wednesday each week and paid in Free Slot Play.

Official rankings will be updated and displayed online weekly at www.casablancaresort.com and virginriver.com on the CASINO tab. Rankings or winners will not be given over the telephone.

Free Play award from Most Wins Weekly is valid for seven (7) days (Most Wins at End-of-Contest valid for 30 days) and valid only at the property contestant entered contest at.
End-of-Contest prize payouts will not be paid out if all 18 weeks are not played. the contest will be canceled if the NFL regular season is canceled.
Winners are responsible for any and all applicable taxes.
